Every day, we should be thanking God that Rick Hunt has not chosen to retire. Rick is one of our most adaptable employees, no matter what new challenges are thrown his way. He is steady, even, predictable, detail oriented and observant. He is the one to read the fine print, answer phone calls and listen thoroughly. He is always looking for a way to improve Grace Klein Construction, Inc. Rick leads our office with humility, humor, encouragement and unity. No one cares that he isn’t lifting the heavy equipment because we know he is ‘lifting’ all the behind the scenes details that can be the most difficult to carry.
Rick decided a weekly manager’s meeting would help our flow and he asked if he could provide the lunch and run the meeting if the leadership would show up. Every Wednesday Rick provides the lunch and keeps everyone on the same page. He is a persistent at marketing, but not obnoxious. He likes to give out cracker jacks with his business cards. Customers love his attention to details, how he gives his best to answer all of their questions and his patience towards them through the decision process. Many customers brag on how Rick has helped them through insurance claims and filling out the appropriate paperwork.Cheers to Rick Hunt, our June 2015 Employee of the Month. We cannot imagine the adventure without you! Eight years and counting.
